#620 To Giving Into Peer Pressure:

Finally joined the Twitter, after giving into years of cumulative harassment from Market, Mini-Me, and Captain Cubicle (to name a few).

First thing I learned to do is block Monkey’s retweets.

I had no idea my sister was more annoying on the Internet.

Okay, yes I did, but…

Why are you being so damn cranky today?

All I want to do is poke is spend my pre-class hour poking around the internets, catching up on everything that happened during the seven and a half hours that I was sort-of sleeping but, no.

You just have to be slow, and disconnecting at random times even though when I check in system preferences, you say you’re perfectly fine.

I don’t have time for this shit.

And disconnecting me from my email?

So not okay. That’s my connection to work when I’m not there, and if there’s a crisis, I’m screwed.

And I don’t like being screwed.

Well, in that sense at least,

#17 To Facebook, and other Internet-esque Modes of Communication:

I’ve come to realize that there are a lot of people I keep in touch with, mostly through Facebook, that I haven’t actually seen in years.

One of the most notable happens to be Midget, a close friend of Twin’s and mine.

Haven’t seen her in something like three years, and the three of us were like glue back in high school.

I think it’s interesting, the types of relationships I have with those people (yes, I am also thinking of the Cute Guy from Up North and Captain Cubicle too), and I wonder if more can ever come from it?

Hmm.

Knowing me as well as I do, I’ll probably turn it into the basis of a novel at some point.

Because that’s what I do,
